To help you get started, NAME we have put together a checklist for you to follow so that you are up and running fast!
CHECKLIST
1. The first time you log in to your back office in TVI Express you will need to set an 8 digit (alpha/numeric) Transaction Password. Write it Down! Keep it Safe! This is your key to the money and eVouchers.
2. Log into your back office in TVI Express and get yourself verified. To do this click on “Profile” on the left side. Then “Status” on the far right. You will have a choice of documents (drop down menu) you can scan and send in to the TVI Express to get verified. Make sure the scanned copy of your document is clear. They will send you an email letting you know when you are verified.
3. Get set up to purchase eVouchers for your two people to come into TVI Express! There are two ways to do this. The first method, Liberty Reserve, is used for 1 or 2 eVouchers at a time. The second method, Wire Transfer to TVI Express, is to use for 3 or more because it is more cost effective.
Liberty Reserve & BetterXchanger Instructions
In order to fund your Liberty Reserve account so that you can join TVI Express or have your prospects join you will need to go through a money exchange service. This is because TVI Express is based in the UK, London. They are a global company that pays out in USD for us but needs to have the correct currency in the UK from any country participating.

Wire Transfer Instructions
Please read the all the instructions before you proceed with your wire transfer!
IMPORTANT: there are 2 fees involved in doing the wire transfer.
1. $50 PROCESSING CHARGE must be added to the total amount of the vouchers, this MUST BE included in the amount wired.
2. $35 – $60 fee charged by YOUR bank to do an international wire transfer, this amount WILL NOT be included in the amount wired, but will be paid by you at your bank.
EXAMPLE: 8 vouchers by wire costs break down .
8 vouchers @ $250 = $2,000.00
Processing Charge = 50.00

Total WIRE amount = $2050.00
Additional costs Your bank charges to send = $35 to $60
Total cost for this example could be as much as $2,110, (depending on your bank charge.) or $263.65 per voucher. The more vouchers you order the lower the cost will be per voucher to include the charges, so do the math and collect a little extra from your team to cover the Processing Charge and Bank Charge.
AFTER YOU WIRE THE FUNDS:
Send an email at financials@tviexpress.com along with the scanned copy of the bank receipt as soon as you make the transaction for verification purposes. They will send you the eVoucher(s) via e-mail as soon as the funds reach TVI’s account. NOTE: They will send the vouchers to the email from which they receive the Receipt.
HELPFUL TIP: Do the bank wire as early in the day as possible. Each bank will have their daily cutoffs for international wiring. Do not forget to email the scanned copy of the bank receipt as soon as possible after processing the wire. Please keep in mind that usually wire transfer payments take a couple of days to process and that is why you should email them the receipt immediately. That will expedite the process.

Please send an email at financials@tviexpress.com along with the scanned copy of the bank receipt as soon as you make the transaction for verification purpose and we will send you the eVoucher(s) via e-mail as soon as the funds touch our account.
